This multi-disciplinary clinic provides an introduction to the tools needed to build a solid sports foundation. Your athlete will learn age-appropriate strategies to help them reach their current and future goals.

Each athlete's age group has a different set of demands on the body and mind. In order to address current age needs AND optimize long term potential, the strategy must be systematic, engaging, and appropriate. For instance, 6th graders cannot tolerate the physical demands of 11th grade training, and 11th grade potential will be limited if they do not apply foundational habits in 6th grade.
