RYAN MORRISSEY
ABOUT
Ryan began his career as a trainer in 2003 while finishing up his undergrad at McDaniel College (Exercise Science). Ryan’s injury plagued basketball career led to his interest in rehab and sports performance. Over the next seven years, Ryan gained experience in the industry in various settings such as corporate fitness, sports performance training, and consulting. After seeing many shortcomings in the industry, Ryan’s detail oriented mentality and passion for helping others fueled his desire to open Peak in 2010.
Since then Ryan has been preaching and practicing outside of the industry “norm” to address clients’ needs through detailed needs analysis, custom program planning and application through a variety of tools such as movement re-education, data driven conditioning, nutrition coaching, strength training, etc. As a coach, Ryan develops strategies to maximize the customer experience by utilizing the strengths of the Peak training team and specializations of our affiliate providers.

BEAN DUPACK
ABOUT
Maureen “Bean” Dupcak has been with Peak since its inception in 2010. She was drawn to the industry and to Peak with her desire to teach and help others with their athletic goals and overall fitness and wellness needs. The combination of her vast and high level sports experience, extensive coaching background and education in movement quality have given Bean unique knowledge and perspective on athlete training. Her move to lifetime sports and other activities outside the competitive arena make it easy for her to understand and relate to adults who want to stay active and mobile, prevent and/or recover from injury, reduce pain, and gain strength and stability.
As an athlete, Bean has won championships at the international, college, and high school levels. She has earned All-American honors at the collegiate and high school levels and has been inducted into the Potomac Chapter of US Lacrosse Hall of Fame and the University of Maryland Athletics Hall of Fame. Bean’s coaching experience includes division I women’s college lacrosse for 7 years (1 NCAA championship, 2 conference Coach of the Year awards), highschool lacrosse for 10 years, and youth field hockey and lacrosse for 12 years. Today she continues to coach girls high school club lacrosse and referees girls youth lacrosse. Bean also keeps active playing tennis, golfing, running and strength training.

TOMMY BARZAL
ABOUT
Tommy has over a decade of training experience working with clients of all ages, varied exercise experiences, and broad health / movement concerns. He took the unconventional path by experiencing aches and pains throughout his varsity athletic career eventually leading to a devastating knee injury in college that made him desire to learn what he was doing wrong so that he could help others avoid what had happened to him. Soon after graduating from University of Maryland with a degree in Kinesiology, Tommy began training clients while simultaneously working as a physical therapy aid.

Since he has used this knowledge to help athletes learn how to control their bodies to minimize their risk of injury as well as those to learn how to move properly to eliminate and long term injuries caused from improper movements. Tommy's biggest passions in the gym is seeing his clients reach their goals of making a team, hitting their goal weight, or reaching a new personal best on any given exercise as well as seeing how their journey to reaching their goal changes the person. He believes that everyone should love the gym as much as he does so does his best to create an environment that makes them feel welcome and excited to workout so they can reach their personal goals. Over the past few years women's lacrosse has become a focal point of his training and quickly became passionate about the sport. He has experience working with athletes from middle school to high school to the college level and continues to be excited to work athletes at all age groups.

ELIZABETH HARTGE
ABOUT
Elizabeth joins the Peak team with almost 10 years of experience. Through her own journey, Elizabeth has found maintaining balance across multiple pillars such as mental well-being, nutrition, sleep and recovery has allowed her to maintain healthy habits and confidence. Elizabeth’s top goal for each of her clients is to see them get fit and healthier, but also to help them exceed their expectations, all while realizing that exercising is fun!
Elizabeth had a distinguished collegiate career playing lacrosse at Roanoke College. She earned All-Conference and All-Region honors as a top defender. After facing multiple injuries and learning to heal her body, Elizabeth made it her mission to help others live injury and pain free.
She gained industry knowledge working with top coaches in the sports performance world while working directly with collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes. She specializes in crafting sustainable and realistic training routines for busy, driven adults and passionate athletes to achieve optimal performance and live an injury and pain-free life!
Elizabeth lives in Annapolis. You can find her out on her paddleboard or sailing at the local yacht club. She enjoys the outdoors and loves to hike. She loves checking out the best pizza spots in the area - her top favorite, right now, is Fox’s Den!!
