Learn how overlapping components of health and performance have a synergistic effect on both short term improvement and long term development in high school athletes.  Combine up to date training methods, individual specific attention, accountability, and physical strategies to decrease risk of injury and improve physical performance!   

Strength & Conditioning

Training is more than just sweating.  This 9 week off-season plan involves age and sport specific training to address immediate "red flags" that increase injury risk and sap performance.  Proper body awareness, joint stability, and efficient movement strategies are learned and applied in a program that builds muscular endurance, strength, agility and power needed to perform at a high level. 


Accountability

Maximizing potential can only be achieved if consistency and hard work are applied to proper programming.  Goals such as increased speed or gaining lean muscle mass require multiple components of fitness / nutrition to align.  Every workout missed or improper fuel taken in limits potential development in an offseason program.  Learn strategies to fully commit to your development and exceed your expectations!  


Nutrition Coaching

To achieve optimal performance, the proper type, quantity, and timing of fuel is required.  Identify nutrition shortcomings and develop strategies to increase energy stores, improve muscle mass and strength, aid recovery and improve mental clarity and focus.  Our Integrative Nutrition Coach will apply sound principles and applicable information to take full advantage of your physical training by ensuring proper fueling strategies.

Included Services:

Phase 1: Fall Offseason Training -

  • (16) 90 minute Training Sessions per week with a strength and conditioning coach

  • T/Th - 4:30-6pm for 8 week

  • Tuesday, September 18 -> Thursday, November 8th

  • $560

  • minimum of 4 athletes needed to run program

Phase 2: Preseason Training - Level 1 & 2. *Group placement is based on combination of age, development and training experience with PEAK.

  • (15) 90 minute Applied Training Sessions with strength and conditioning coaches

  • Level 1 (new to PEAK 7th/8th graders) - T/Th, 4-5:30pm

  • Level 2 (HS & returning 8th graders) - T/Th, 5:30-7pm

  • Tuesday, November 13th -> Thursday, January 10th

  • Nutrition education clinics

  • Healthy habit homework tracking

  • Accountability groups with rewards for consistency and work ethic

  • Online training for additional days per week

    • App downloadable on phone / tablet

    • Conditioning and resistance training

    • Corrective exercises (stretches, stabilization, core endurance, etc.)

  • Performance data tracking

  • $600

  • minimum of 4 athletes needed to run program

Phase 3: Preseason Training - Level 1 & 2. *Continuation of Phase 2 with exercise and nutrition progressions.

  • (14) 90 minute Training Sessions per week with a strength and conditioning coach

  • Level 1 - T/Th, 4-5:30pm

  • Level 2 - T/Th, 5:30-7pm

  • Tuesday, January 15th -> Thursday, February 28th

  • Nutrition education clinics

  • Healthy habit homework tracking
