Test your ability and improvement in strength, power, agility, and conditioning!
OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
This 10 week event focuses on the learning and testing of exercises and drills selected to safely and effectively gauge each participant's ability in key areas of functional training.
This program offers a fun and unique opportunity to learn something new, demonstrate your existing strengths/skills, address weaknesses and make personal improvements!
For anyone unsure about their goals or direction of training this year: the Peak Performance Combine also provides structure for meaningful progressions in your training that can/will transfer into any endeavors you choose later in the year!
The 1st Annual Peak Performance Combine includes the following tests:
- Bench Press - Percentage of Bodyweight
- Prowler Sled Push - Timed Down & Back
- Pullups - Bodyweight for Men / Band Assisted for Women
- Vertical Jump
- Medicine Ball Throw
- Illinois Agility Test
- 200 Yard Shuttle in 20 Yard Increments (5 x Up/Back)
- 2 Mile Bike For Time
Initial Testing Dates
Tuesday, May 1st: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Thursday, May 3rd: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, May 5th: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
First Retest Dates
Tuesday, June 5th: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Thursday, June 7th: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, June 9th: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Second Retest Dates
Tuesday, July 10th: 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Thursday, July 12th: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, July 14th: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Prizes will be awarded to:
- Most Improved Male and Female (Open and Masters)
- Best Male and Female Performer (Open and Masters)
Cost: $85 per person
All participants receive a Peak Branded Stainless Steel Water Bottle!
