Structure and Motivation - Join others in a structured program specific to your goals. Enjoy and uptempo workout in a friendly environment that pushes you to reach your potential.
Accountability - Having a place and a time to report to and a coach to answer to will keep you on the right track for the first 30 days in 2019!
Education - A good “sweat” is only beneficial if the workout is specific to your goals, performed with consistency, appropriate for your ability, and progressive from week to week. Learn about the following topics:

Keeping New Years Resolutions on your own can be tough. Luckily PEAK is here to help! This affordable 4 week nutrition program can be paired with our New Years Resolution Reset training program or used on its own to get you the results you want.
Many nutrition programs offer a ‘one size fits all’ solution with little to no explanation of the ‘why’ behind the approach. At PEAK, we understand that nutrition must be tailored to the individual and we incorporate nutrition education so that nutrition clients can become self-sufficient.
