TRX Intro Training Workshop

@ Park Place residences

November 14 from 7-8pm (REGISTRATION FULL)

November 15 from 7-8 pm (NEW DATE ADDED)

Join PEAK trainer, Ruthie O'Hehir for this small group, hands-on workshop to get comfortable using a TRX Suspension System.  Learn proper set up, adjustments, basic strength exercises, and core stabilization.  Leave this workshop with confidence to use the TRX on your own.
