Join us for 8 weeks of support and receive the resources to help you make consistent choices that will help you reach your goals.  Get the tools and support you need to jump start your nutrition, make changes in your body composition, and develop habits that will serve you in the long term (not just for an 8 week challenge)!

This 8 week program includes:

  • Weekly e-mails with tips/tricks/motivation from Ruthie (8 e-mails)

  • Access to a closed Facebook Group for group support/accountability/unlimited Q&A w/ Ruthie

  • 3 Body Comp Weigh-Ins (Week #1, Week #4, and Week #8) w/ Ruthie or your PEAK trainer

  • Team goals to add accountability, motivation and support within participant group
