Brian Graham

Brian has now joined the Peak Performance and Wellness training staff as a Strength and Conditioning Coach after interning for the last two years.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina--Greensboro where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Leadership.  Brian was a four year starter for the Men’s Soccer team where he was the teams 2nd leading scorer over his four years and helped the team earn three Southern Conference Championships and a NCAA Appearance.  Brian played his club ball for the Freestate Elite and the Baltimore Bays where he won the 2011 National Championship.  Brian now plays semi-professional for the Baltimore Bohemians.

Brian has completed a 4-month long internship for EXOS (formerly Athlete’s Performance), one of the largest and most well-known performance training companies in the US.  There he assisted in the development and application of corrective exercise and strength programs for some of the top NCAA and NFL players.  Brian also worked with the Eagle Fund, a division that works with injured tactical athletes of the U.S. Special Forces and Special Operations units.  Through Brian’s experiences working with elite military professionals, who’ve had a variety of injuries, he has learned the importance of corrective exercise.  Brian’s training stresses the importance of a balanced, yet specific training plan to support proper movement and remove dysfunction, which can then be built upon to achieve high levels of performance.
