Brian Graham

Brian has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Peak Custom Fitness Solutions since 2014.  He graduated from the University of North Carolina--Greensboro where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Leadership.  Brian was a four year starter for the Men’s Soccer team where he was the teams 2nd leading scorer over his four years and helped the team earn three Southern Conference Championships and a NCAA Appearance.  He played his club ball locally for the Freestate (now MD United) and the Baltimore Bays where he won the 2011 National Championship.  Brian now plays for one of the top adult amateur teams in the country, Christos F.C. He is also the assistant coach for the nationally ranked Archbishop Spalding High School Women's Soccer team. 

In 2019, Brian was voted as the Best Personal Fitness Trainer in the Annapolis area by the Capital Gazette. Brian has trained elite high school and collegiate lacrosse and soccer players committed to continue their careers at Colleges and Universities such as: UMBC, Georgetown, and Clemson. Brian has also worked with a charity organization named The Eagle Fund, a division that works with injured tactical athletes of the U.S. Special Forces and Operations units. Through Brian’s experiences working with elite athletes and military professionals, who’ve had a variety of injuries, he has learned the importance of corrective exercise.  Brian’s training stresses the importance of a balanced and specific training program to support proper movement mechanics and remove dysfunction.
